ClearToText sends text messages about your approval report and account: when your spot on our list opens, when your report is ready, and updates on work you've ordered. You sign up on our text updates page by entering your number and checking the consent box.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies, based on your report and account activity.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. ClearToText doesn't charge for text messages.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We'll send one message confirming you've been unsubscribed. Reply START to sign up again.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
